The Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association, central New Jersey's first environmental group, announces H2Whoa! - the 33rd Annual Watershed FEST. Highlighting the importance of water as one of our most treasured and fragile natural resources, H2Whoa! is the Watershed Association's largest fundraising event of the year.

Taking place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday September 27, 2008 at the breathtaking 860-acre Watershed Reserve in Hopewell, the Watershed FEST will begin with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and live music by Stringsville under tented elegance with silent auction offerings. Followed by dinner served by Chambers Walk of Lawrenceville, featuring local produce and wine as part of the "slow food" movement, a live auction will begin including great trips, tickets, jewelry, restaurant packages and more.

"For nearly 60 years the Watershed Association has worked diligently to protect clean water and the environment throughout central New Jersey," said Jim Waltman, Watershed Association Executive Director. "The Watershed FEST provides essential support for our critical science, education, conservation and advocacy efforts."

"H2Whoa! is a celebration of our natural world and the actions we can all take to protect it," added Lori Citrone, H2Whoa! Chairwoman and a member of the Watershed Association Board of Trustees. "We are excited to once again host this exciting event and offer a fabulous array of items to win - including the Kymco People S 200 scooter."
